We go to Metro almost every single week and have always had a positive experience, it s what keeps us coming back and the food is to die for along with the reasonable prices! This morning, however, we were handed the check as soon as our food was given to us which made us feel like we were already unwelcomed. Our waitress, Natalie, didn t know the specials, didn t refill my water or husband s coffee, kept walking past us and ignored when we asked to please turn off the heat out on the patio as it was over 70 degrees outside and I m 6 months pregnant, and didn t check in to see how everything was. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was new but the tables around us she was being completely different towards! I hope it s not an age thing because we re younger... I ve never left Metro at Southside upset or feeling unwanted.
