It s sad to be honest when I first started working for the company I enjoyed it I was glad I had a place where I didn t have to lie to customer or do shady stuff to get sales and keep my job well I was wrong between my manager wanting us to do fraud account to telling us To lie to get sales
I worked for the company for almost 1 year and 5 months now and it s sad how bad things are I been lied to about my contract and if you work for osl please read your contracts because I know I m not the only one who s contract got messed up
It showed I earned Paid time off and when I went to take it they told me know since it s a mess up on the company they won t honor and when I ask more about it they give me the PR type response and my Team lead tells me it s not his problem yesterday a 65 year old war veteran with a heart problem that I helped get a upgrade two months ago came in and asked me if I could help him lift something heavy there was no Wal-Mart employees around so I helped him and my manager told me it wasn t my job
