I stayed here for business and was very disappoint...

I stayed here for business and was very disappointed. I arrived early and they did not have a room for me. Every other hotel has always been able to offer one. The room was old, totally lacking power outlets, lighting was scarce, the sink was broken, the toilet wouldn't flush consistently. The $25 daily destination fee that was supposed to be applied to a variety of charges was not applied to anything at all even though I always double checked before charging anything to my room. The staff was also not friendly, like they knew that they were screwing you at every turn.

I will never stay at a Westin ever again for as long as I live.
