I purchased a 2015 vehicle NEW from the Montgomery Nissan and have had a truly terrible experience with my first NEW vehicle. I have been trying to have the water leaking through the rear passenger seat floor taken care of for a year. I have been shuffled through Finance, Sales and Service with the absolutely no resolve. The customer service here is awful there is no communication between departments to help fix any issue. I had the vehicle detailed there to attempt to get rid of the moldy mildew scent from the water damage (that continues to happen) and the smell could not be removed!! My 3 year old daughter with Asthma cannot even ride in this vehicle because of this. Since I had ZERO help from Montgomeryville Nissan, I have called Nissan USA customer service and filed a case. I am in the market for another second new vehicle and all I have to say is I will not be purchasing it here.
