I would have given this website zero stars, had that been possible. Without boring you with the details, it sufficez to say that I have seldom, if ever, been so subjected to the runaround. The phones are never answered by anyone, the online robot cuts one off repeatedly every time it is asked a question, and none of the offices are open to allow for meeting with a live person. Finally, when one leaves a voicemail asking for a return phone call from a live person, no one ever calls back. I suspect there really are no live people working at the Connecticut Department of Labor. But I'll bet quite a few are collecting their paychecks!
