We bought a floor model hot tub from Perfection a year ago and it was great but started having a lot of problems. We reached out to Tenaya who handled the entire issue with professionalism and determination. Since we were still within the warranty period Perfection was able to go to bat for us with the vendor and get a replacement installed for us, not an easy feat but that's exactly why we like to business locally. We know the chance of a problem is high with any purchase and having the ability to call or email Tenaya and get a response right away was so calming. Her attention to the issue definitely kept the stress down when we couldn't otherwise de-stress in the hot tub. Happy to do business locally!!
