I am very impressed with Baxter! I arrived at the car lot at 8:57 AM and was greeted by Rodney in a matter of minutes. I expressed to him my wants, my needs, and my requirements, and he listened attentively as we walked to his desk. He was aware that I needed to leave with some kind of car. He wasnt pushy, never made me feel like he was "just making a sale", and went to bat for me with the financial department. Within 3 hours, I was leaving with a loaner vehicle while the detail guys worked magic on my very first car I was purchasing! I fell in love with my 2016 Jeep Patriot! I will be recommending him, and Baxter to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! Stacy was very helpful as well. Worked with me to get the best loan, and best rates possible.
