WORST HOTEL EVER
We are family of three, two adults and one 7 months old infant. We have booked Standard room with balcony and ocean view.
Our experience was so bad! I've decided to make an outline of it's negative:
1)Description of the room says that it has a kettle. Which is very important when you need to boil formula for your baby or just warm up some food. In reality there is not kettle in the whole hotel. There is a coffee machine that can warm up a water for a certain degree bot not 100 C. So it was terrible and difficult every time we need to fix the baby food.
2)The isolation is so bad. Seems like you dont have a door or walls. Our baby has 2 day naps, one before and one after lunch. Every day during our 2 weeks stay, the workers were drilling and knocking and fixing something in a hallway. We have called and talked with a receptionist every day, they assured us that drilling will stop. And drilling stopped for half an hour and then continued again. Knocking didnt stop. So we had to call and call every time. It was terrible.
We asked if its possible to move to another quite room. They showed us a villa and told us to pack luggage next morning at 8 o'clock and call the reception. So i spent whole morning to pack 3 bags and when we called to the reception we were told that we can check out now or at 12 and check in to the villa at 15.00. What should we do 3 hours between?? Exactly the time when baby is sleeping and its very hot outside to spend a nap there. No one answers and we stayed in the current room and continued listen ti the drilling and arguing with them.
3)The food is really terrible. There were a big variety of all kind of food, from tacos to sushi, pasta and pizza but 90% of it was totally tasteless. Even omelet, salami and shrimps were bad. It was hard to find something good and different. Pizza, calamari, fruits, some cheese, soups and coffee were good. Drinks and juices were watery of course but it was possible to find best of a worst. Such a pity that there were so little mango or avocado.
4)Its so visible that the hotel is trying to save money on everything. We got a garbage bin after one week of stay and then never got a plastic bag in that. I used mine.
I don't recommend this hotel.
