The proposals of the site are interesting, we also feel reassured to go through an agency because of the rental restrictions on New York which must not fail to lead to many unpleasant surprises or even scams!
I was accompanied by Christophe Pourquier, very responsive, pleasant and helpful. He understood the needs of my group and found us "on the spot" what we were looking for. We can't wait for the holidays in July to test this apartment!
