Donovan's deserves a 5 for many reasons. Our furnace went out in the dead of winter and their guy came out at 5pm- didn t leave until the job was done. He passionately vocalized his frustration with our 30 yr old boiler but as I said he got the job done. A week later customer service called to let us know they credited our cc with a price adjustment as they accidentally over charged us.
