I have had a similar experience as other posters in this review section. I bought a brand new Lenovo Yoga 930 from Best Buy in late 2018. I immediately noticed that it had 4 hours of battery life instead of the 12 hours advertised. I went through the Techical Support process. They did not communicate with me for 2 months and sent the computer back repaired. Not only was the battery issue not fixed, they physically damaged the case while doing the repair. Every time I call Tech support they are not helpful. I do not recommend Lenovo products anymore.
