I still wonder when we are going to repair this or build an actual dedicated cruise ship terminal.
Whilst it's not unique to not be allowed to walk inside a working port, it is unique for such a major city not to have a functional terminal. It's actually kind of embarrassing for thousands of international visitors to be greeted to the capital city by timber, containers and imported vehicles jammed between cranes and silos.
