I bought my bike in 2017 and had a wonderful experience at Mid America, 5 star review. I have since then had multiple transactions and spent another $7000.00 in accessories and modifications. This pass Tuesday July 2 I priced tires for my sons first Harley and made a appointment for Friday at 11:30 to have them installed and was told it would take 2 -3 hours. I arrived at 10:30 and the excuses started immediately about how busy they were but that they would still be able to honor my appointment. My son and i left to kill a few hours and returned at 2:30 to find that the bike was not in the shop yet and was ignored when i tried to ask questions. They finally got it in at 3:00 and knocked it out real quick so that we could all leave together at 6:00. I spent almost $1000.00 that day so that my son could experience the Harley family difference but we were very disappointed in the lack of care, concern, and communication that was so apparent to us and others that day.
