Although I didn't get a placement through est10, my dealings with Victoria Goldie were excellent. She was so professional and actually cared if I found a role or not and put me forward to multiple roles she was working on. I have dealt with other recruiters before and they only ever put you forward to the one role you apply for (even if they have others of interest) or they call you in for an interview then tell you the role you applied for has been filled and they will call you if they have anything suitable (not only do they waste your time but they never call) Victoria was different, she actually took the time out to go through other possibilities/roles. It's very rare to find good recruiters when you are a candidate, i'll be recommending her for sure!
