I am not pleased with the service and follow-up. I tentatively scheduled a move date via phone. I was asked to give a credit card for a deposit which will be charged once move was confirmed. I did not receive an email or contract however was told that if I had to change the date that it would be fine and if they could not accommodate the date I needed that they would fully refund my deposit. I had to move the date due to a conflict in my schedule and unfortunately it was not available so I asked for my deposit back. I was told it was non-refundable. I explained the what I was told and also confirmed I did not receive a contract. It was confirmed Local Muscle had no email address for me. I was told I would get a call back once discussed with management and have not heard back. It has been a week
