We had dinner in Wyebrook Farm last Friday and were very impressed with both the hospita, lity and the quality of all the courses. This is a place that values Quality (and luckily not quantitiy). We started with a delicious tasting of the different dried and spiced meats, combined with excellent little delicious tasty bites. Our entrees were black pork (best pork ever tasted) and creative risotto-beef very inspiring). For desert we enjoyed the chocolate yummie cake with salted pretzel on top - delicious!
All food is from the farm. We ended our wonderful evening with a stroll along the herbs and vegetables. Great place!
