We were still shopping around, and decided to walk into DVN Toyota to take a look at a few vehicles.
We had our eye on a Toyota Highlander from the start, and the salesman, Joe, was very helpful in showing us all the features and specifications of the SUV. Without hesitation, he gave us the keys to take it for a test drive and ask him any questions we needed answered. Once we sat down to talk numbers, all he asked was, "What's your number?" and we gave him our price that we were willing to pay. At this point we were dreading the usual 'haggling' you would get at any other dealership, but we were pleasantly surprised that he took our offer to his manager right away!
Within a few minutes, we were going through the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, with our FIRST OFFER!!!
The manager, George, also welcomed us enthusiastically (with gifts I might add!) and was genuine when he told us he appreciated our business, and congratulated us on our new purchase!
All around, excellent service and very comfortable, stress-free atmosphere with some great people!
If you're in the market to buy a new vehicle, make sure DVN Toyota is a stop on your list... you will not be disappointed!
