Everyone in this office seems very nice. They are very well organized and I really appreciated them having the cost estimate including my insurance coverage immediately at the end of the consultation. Dr. Hertzberg talks extremely fast though. He should really try harder to slow down, especially when explaining the treatment plan with a brand new patient. That said, he did try hard to answer our questions and did not try to rush us out of the room. We will probably be using him so will update at a later date with how it is going!
