***New Information. With hours of my original post, a nice lady named Teresa contacted me and explained that their short was due to a need to provide OEM parts. Which I understand. She also explained that the cash offer was not correctly communicated. Net- Net. Landmark is taking care of my washer. So, disregard below. Terrible experience. I've had two claims in both cases initially coverage was denied. The first time I had to fight for about three weeks to get a guest toilet repaired. Now they saying they can't fix an appliance because parts are available but the part is available on Amazon and from their own contractor. Save your money. They are a rip off.
