I worked with Rob in the service department and I don t think I have ever received better vehicle service anywhere. It was a welcomed surprise from a dealership! Especially as a woman, it s often nerve-wracking to have to deal with anything car repair-related. Rob was welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. Though we originally thought this would be some simple under-warranty work, the issue turned out to be a bit more complicated. More than anything, I appreciated Rob sitting down with me to thoroughly explain what was happening, why, and share that he, too, wouldn t be happy hearing what he had to say if he was in my seat. But Rob didn t give up there (as many others might have done). He worked diligently to find a solution for us. It meant leaving my car there for a couple of days to complete the work, but they happily provided a loaner vehicle and my vehicle was returned in perfect working order! It s hard to find trustworthy people to work on vehicles, but never again will I dread taking my vehicle in for repairs. I can t speak highly enough of the quality customer service I received.
