I had a very mixed experience with Elliptika. The customer service was excellent, but the product quality was disappointing. The elliptical machine I purchased had several issues right out of the box. However, the company was quick to respond and provide a replacement. The new machine works well and I'm happy with it, but it was quite a hassle to go through the process of returning the faulty one. Overall, I would rate Elliptika as average.
