Griffin Services was without a doubt the best and most professional company I've ever did business with in New York and Florida.
Starting with the salesman Sean, he was most thorough and knowledgeable and honed in on servicing my needs. l was shown many options and told how they work and how there efficiency is achieved. After an hour or so I was convinced that their best unit was for me. Because my home is over thirty years old I went for the duct cleaning and they repaired any problems with the dust work.
All the technicians were super nice friendly and excellent at their jobs.
Mike, the equipment installer was neat thorough and experienced. After the installation of both in and out units without making a mess the unit worked smoothly when he set that thermostat and still is.
Then there's Joe who was responsible for cleaning the ducts. You would think that's a dirty job but he managed to get it done without any sign that he was there when he finished. Everyone that worked with me on this system was helpful and they all were challenged with making this system as good as it could be. That's some of the reasons I would strongly recommend Griffin Services to everyone in need of a new air system.
