They did the most important part, which was get me the car that I wanted at a decent price. Unfortunately as soon as we signed on the dotted line, it was like we didn't exist anymore. The finance manager messed up the finance paperwork and my credit score got dinged, they forgot to give me floor mats and I've been waiting 2 months for them to send them. The price for the car was fair, it was the car I wanted, and the people were nice, but the after sales process would make me not return ever.
