I scheduled a service appointment for my 2013 Jeep...

I scheduled a service appointment for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler online. I had an appointment to have my vehicle serviced (made a week in advance). The vehicle was dropped off the night before (Thursday) because the appointment time was 7:45am the following day and I wanted to ensure I would be on time. On the appointment day (at 11:40 am) I called for a status update as no one called to verify they had my vehicle or verify the things that would be done. I was told that the vehicle is being looked at and that I would receive a call for a follow-up as the check engine light was on and no one was certain as to why. I was told by Ted (my advisor) that the technician and the engineers were communicating a solution. I would assumed that the end of the day would not befall me and that Ted would have called back with an update prior to leaving to ensure that it was ok to keep my vehicle. I did not receive a call from anyone. Instead the day ended and no one called to ask if it was proper or convenient for me to have my vehicle stay over night to continue service. By the time I got around to check on the vehicle the service department was closed. I considered this very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I phoned in the following day (Saturday) and was told my service advisor was not in and that my vehicle had not been pulled in to be looked at. I was beyond frustrated. What is the purpose of making an appointment? I advised the person that this was the poorest service received to date and that I would be en route to pick up my vehicle and to have it ready and to please have the manager aware. Upon picking up my vehicle I was informed the manager left. My vehicle was not pulled around and I was handed my keys and was advised to go get my vehicle. I can not begin to explain the irritation and frustration I was feeling at this point. There was no ownership, apologizing or care displayed by anyone. I politely asked the advisor on duty to get my vehicle. I waited one week to see if someone would have called to own up to their mistake and make right out of the situation and no one did. This department is deplorable.
