Working behind my house less than 5 metres from my bedroom window on 14th - 15th August from 23:30hrs to 01:20hrs making a terrible noise, Residents were not notified of this night time work, this was not emergency work they were merely filling in a trench - completely unacceptable to be doing this non urgent work in the middle of the night in a quiet residential area - preceding works had been completed by 2pm so they had had all afternoon and evening to fill the trench in but decided to do it in the middle of the night. I've tried to contact them to complain but their website - laughably - doesn't work
