I ordered a bath tub several weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered last week. I have contractors on standby and no one will give me an order update.

UPDATE: I received an email letting me know that it will be another 3 weeks. I ordered the bath on 4/30, it was sent to production on 5/14. It is "supposed" to be shipped 2nd week in June. I was told "so many procedures are in chaos" but they are misleading customers with inaccurate 10 -15 business day timelines. I have lost trust in the delivery timeline as well as the quality of the product.
