I have been with Members First for about 17 years ...

I have been with Members First for about 17 years and they are the worst, they don't value their customers at all.
I made a payment through bill pay on my credit union website and the day it was due was a holiday (presidents day) so it wasn't posted until the next day and I was penalized. They go out of their way to make things difficult on their patrons.
I would have refinanced long ago if it wasn't such a hassle.
It may be time to bite that bullet.
