I brought my dog here after an emergency situation. After a swift examination of my dog, they brought me a sheet of paper with everything they were going to charge me for with a massive price tag at the bottom. When I questioned the massive price tag and some of the items on the list, they made me feel extremely guilty for asking questions. The on call vet was very cold and apathetic in what was already a stressful and scary situation for us. I felt they were more concerned about getting payment than saving my dog. I would have done anything to save my dog and I felt they took advantage of that. They were able to save my dog which I am thankful for but I will not be coming here in the future.
