Horrible! My husband got hurt here the manager refuses to reach out to us. The parking situation is a JOKE to say the least. The initial smell when you walk in is very much like gas. On our way to the room we heard a belligerent customer in the hall way. We told the security guard and he did NOTHING other than nod at us. My recommendation when staying in omaha is The Magnolia or Art Deco. They are worth the money.
