There is a well stocked gift shop that also has toiletries should you need them. The playrooms on each floor are fantastic and open 3 times a day during the week. They are open on Saturday and Sunday when there is a volunteer that comes in. You just have to check with the volunteer department to see when its open. A family library where you can search the internet, use a printer and check out a variety of health books and chapter books as well as childrens books. If you are just visiting for imagining or a specialist appointment check in is easy and clinics are pretty good at keeping as on time as possible. The grounds are well maintained and a joy to walk around.
