I worked with Spring EQ for over a month, negotiating a home equity loan. I supplied all the necessary documentation. I would hear from them routinely during the process, but never got a call to explain why I was denied. They simply mailed a form in the mail with a check mark next to a one-sentence explanation. I have emailed twice with no response. Very bad public relations Spring EQ...very bad!
