Lines were longer than most airports. Security was more poorly organized than most airports. Restaurant I was at had more problems than most airport restaurants, and they recovered from them more poorly. My flight was delayed repeatedly, and so were the flights at both gates next to mine.

Of course, it may have just been an off-day and a bunch of coincidences. This was just my experience, but I'll plan on using O'Hare in the future unless I get different information.
