The dealership was quick to diagnose the problem with my 2016 Ford Explorer but, I was without my car for 4 days. It also took 10 days to get an appointment. I also asked about getting a rental but was told they didn't have any to give me as they were all being used. The reason I went to a Ford dealership was because it was close to my house and the work that needed to be done to my car was warranty work.
