I was not surprised to check the reviews on this place and see that all the recent reviews are negative. This was my first ever experience with picking a doctor (Dr. Do) and the clinic ended up being a huge disappointment. The healthcare itself that I received was competent but the rest of how the clinic works... Yikes.

When you sign up for their portal or patient portion of their website, make sure to use a throwaway email. I used my main email and they literally send messages such as "Happy birthday to our patients celebrating a birthday this month!". Despite having our birthdates on file... this type of stuff gets spammed to everyone. I included a photo of it in my review because it actually blew my mind at the time that a sober adult could sit down at their computer, type that out, and reread it to themself before thinking "Yep, this is a message that every single patient at our clinic needs to see".

The worst part is that they send it at 2AM in the morning and the email itself just says to login to see a secure message from my physician so it implies it might be something important. Nope. I logged in just to waste my time with useless spam and trust me, this happens frequently. So I ended up completely blocking all messages from what is supposed to be my place for health care to avoid getting spam alerts on my phone in the middle of the night.

This and other factors made me actually stop going completely around a year ago. Even though it's a pain to deal with the paperwork of a new facility and the new doctor phase, it was worth leaving this place. I didn't even bother to ask them to transfer my medical files and instead just printed it all out from the portal and showed it to my new Dr. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle.
