Disappointed in the service department. I have been in and out due to a bad Maserati that has had 2 core replacements on top of The original box that was put in making it three boxes for a 2017 Maserati Ghibli . This car has had numerous issues repetitively including switching into gear by itself,USB not working, camera blacking out, radio switching channels on his own, clock time changing format on it own, and more. It has been a very stressful ordeal with corporate office and this location only choosing to Band-Aid with the same failed results each time opposed to giving money back or swapping out this clearly lemon car. I have been working with corporate for months now who say they get thrown into voicemail by this local service department with no return phone calls and my car has not been in enough for the same issue. How many more time???On top of that they make bringing in the car a hassle my last visit I waited for a bit in the waiting room for a rental car that should already be on property even after requestion a Maserati replacement at least 1 and a half weeks out while my car is in their shop again!! just to have me told I have to be driven to a local Hertz rental car company. This has gone from being my dream car to worst nightmare of a car and service in all my history of vehicle experiences and I would never recommend this vehicle or the type of service that I have gotten as a consumer. For many years I drove Mercedes due to excellent service customer service the human connection and bond as well as the above and beyond attitude. I switched over to get my dream car( no longer). Maserati could learn from the standards.This whole car ordeal has been a nightmare making this go from my dream car to a car I would not recommend to any driver for numerous reasons including the lack of resolving serious situations other than trying to bandage it especially as a mother who drives kids in this car. I really feel that it s all about selling the car. While the name is prestigious certainly the customer service and willingness to move with integrity to resolve with corporate claim for many months and the local Orlando location has been very disappointing.
