I recently purchased a car at Richard's Honda. That part of the experience was great. I would highly recommend Vance. He was great. This review is only about the service center.

If you have to get any work done on your car, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. I am currently sitting in the service center. I've been waiting here for 2.5 hours. I had an appointment to get an armrest installed. I purchased the armrest with my car. Despite the fact that I had an appointment and this was in the purchase price, I am still sitting here waiting for the armrest to be installed.

They told me it would take an hour. Fine. After an hour I went to see how much longer it would be. A few minutes, they said. 30 minutes later, a manager came by to inform me that they hadn't begun the installation, but they would get to it soon. About another hour. I am still sitting here with no sign of my car and no idea when I will get to drive it again.

The service here is awful. Maybe it's just today, but be that as it may, this experience is AWFUL. Don't bring your car here. You'd be better off fixing it yourself. At least then you would know why the mechanic is having trouble.

I mean, seriously, this is a HONDA dealership. Why are the people who work in the service center having this much trouble installing something on a HONDA!?! This place is the worst.
