I hired david allen and associates in or around 2007 or 2008. Jacquie Merritt was my attorney for 7 to 8 years. I was at the time applying for ssi/ssd. In that long time frame I was not approved for either because my case was not presented properly. All she did was show my ecmvidence of my disibilities but didn't explain in the manner she needed to as my attorney. I had several hearings eventually worked my way all the way to the top hearing office. I have discountinued services 2ith David allen twice due to the results of my hearings,but at the time didn't know where to go or how to proceed. I do indeed have disibilities and have been deemed disabled. If my case was presented correctly and my former attorney Jaquie knew how to work with a little more complex case no doubt my decisions would have been fully favorable. I have since hired an advocate who know what he is doing. You can tell the difference in preparation. I would not reccommend this attorneys office. I have also spoke with others who did not have pleasant things to say about this office. Confusing how this office has five stars. I do not think that the reviews were real clients. Also requested all my records and was sent my records after taking forever with a blank. And have refused to tirn over anymore of my information to my new attorney disc. Please do not waste your time with this office. This will have negavtive effects on your case to where you may never be able to get the benefits your entitled to.Thank you!
