Don't expect them to honour any warranty. Even if you ask to talk to a supervisor the supervisors are exceptionally rude. Be sure to save all your extra dollars for laundrymats and your own appliance service person. They pretty much own the monopoly, so no matter the name on the product. Your stuck with them. The poor reviews are real and for a reason. Worst company I've ever delt with.
