But again... for $120 a night for 4 people - you get a room / towels / a pretty sweet water park / go carts / and rollercoasters.

Go with your expectations in check, and a fun mindset - enjoy some great people watching - and have an absolute blast.

My only recommendation to ownership... please have at least one person or security guard at each hotel or motel building.
