Mirko Matuszak Review of ClickDistrict
Extremely modest location and lousy hotel.
Extremely modest location and lousy hotel.
This hotel is absolutely not recommended.
The location is very bad for a visit to Amsterdam. To get to the city center you definitely need a taxi.
But the hotel itself is even worse.
The rooms are extremely small and you can't open a suitcase here.
No possibility to prepare a coffee in the room, minibar not available and no drinking water there.
If you have problems you are pretty stupid, because there is no telephone in the room. Just a QR code that you can scan in with your smartphone and then chat with the service using the app.
Thank you very much.
Air conditioning didn't work either. After reporting a problem at the reception, we were informed that we were only serving it incorrectly. The employee came up to the room and was surprised that it didn't work for her either.
Opening the window was not an option either, as there was construction around the hotel, so there was no end to noise.
Relaxing in the room is also not an option, as the walls are so thin that you can hear every activity of the neighbors.
If you leave your room and let your door shut, you get the feeling that an earthquake has broken out. The entire bed vibrates and everything falls off the mini bedside table.
All in all, this supposedly hip design was completely used here.
Every penny is thrown out the window here.
And I write this here as a member of the Marriott Group with the highest customer status and ambassador service
