I purchased a 2019 Tundra 1794 Edition. I saw it on the Toyota of Alvin website. My wife went and test drove it while I was at work. I spoke to the salesman Joel and told him how much I would be comfortable paying for it. He said he could work with that and he gave me a total drive out price which included a very fair price for my trade in. I was already approved through my credit union so my salesperson Joel took care of everything with my finance guy and all I had to do was go pick up the truck after work. It was very quick and painless. I ve purchased many cars from dealerships and I have to say this was by far the best new car buying experience I ve ever had. The salesman promised me a spray in bed liner for my truck. I didn t get it in writing and when the sales manager contacted me to see how I was doing with the truck just a few days later I mentioned it to him. Without hesitation he asked me to bring the truck in that same day so he could get it taken care of for me. He even gave me a very nice courtesy car while they got my liner sprayed. They had our new truck back to us before the end of the day. That is just excellent customer service and I am definitely going to buy from this dealership again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or even used vehicle to give Toyota of Alvin a chance to help you with your purchase.
