I would give 0 stars if possible. We have been loyal customers for 2 years never missing a payment. They replace our meters last month and inform us that we have been undercharged for 2 years and are retroactively charging us $750. Actually they autodrafted that amount out without any warning. We should not have to pay for your mistake. And even if we do owe we deserve a phone call and a monthly payment plan. Outrageous and inconsiderate. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Horrible company and the worst thing is there is no alternative. We are stuck with them...
