The place and the ambience was amazing at this place, however, would recommend them to really improve their service to reflect their charges. Simple examples of challenges we faced during our stay:
- on arrival, they could see me removing luggage from the car and no one came to assist

- at the pool side, no waiters to take orders or serve. When we asked someone, they didn't come for 30 mins and had to be reminded again

- at check-in, we were told that there is special Asian cuisine at night and that they can make special vegetarian dishes for us. At dinner, they simply said not possible and were not accommodating to our diets. Service was also poor at dinner
