Had very bad experience with this hotel .

Had very bad experience with this hotel .
I booked table in one of the restourant in Sofitel, want to arrange surprise party for my Husband's birthday. I ordered one beautiful bunch of ballons and send it to the restaurant before we arrive. I was shocked when reacive the call from delivery company saying that security shop them at the entrance of the hotel and didn't let them go even to reception, NOT ALLOWED BALLOONS IN OUR HOTEL he sad , with no explanation, I was trying to speak with him on the phone , he didn't even listen. Then my delivery was trying enter from loading area , security was very rude, all they was shouting NOT ALLOWED.
Was trying to call reception , duty manager , security duty manager, manager of restourant -no luck , no one could explain why I cannot bring ballons . I ask if it's mention anywhere on paper? No answers .

Just want to ask
What's wrong with you people ?????? I had delivered balloons to many hotels , never had any problems . You not just spoiled my surprise, you ruined my evening and mood .

Hotel impression start with Lobby and there you have very unprofessional bouncers , who doesn't know how to speak or deal with people .
