Terrible and irresponsible dealership. I get CT200...

Terrible and irresponsible dealership. I get CT200h 2 years ago at lexus on the park and use their auto cash wash service all the time. 3 months ago when I went to do the car wash as usual, my front window was broken by the cash wash machine.
I reported to Lexus on the park right away and was told they were not responsible for any car wash damage, even if it is made by their own car wash system. They even tried to argue that damage was there before. Eventually I spent hundreds on a new, no-name window.
I will not recommend anyone to get a car here.
