I had a terrible experience about 2 weeks. I went fix a small part of my car that broke( a small part of the glove department) they told me they had so I told them I will come tomorrow. So the next day I went assuming they had the part and they confirmed that they had it. So I waited 2 1/5 hours for my car to be ready. So when i sign out my car, I grabbed my keys. I assumed it was ready so right when I got into katella street, I noticed they never touched my car, all they did was a inspection and a wash. I was so angry they could've told me earlier that they didn't have the part and that would've been ok, but not telling me and letting me drive off was ridiculous and unprofessional. So I called and complained, and got no apology for what they did, their excuse was we were backed up lol. I spoke to the manager on the phone on what happened and he said to come in and he will get the part as soon as possible. Which he did so the next day I went, I expected, more then the part, especially having me wait for a long time, me personally if I was them I would apologize and say the next time you come in free or half off oil change or even a good coupon, because if this inconvenience. That's my opinion.
