No offense to the staff here, but this is a pretty terrible branch to go to, especially if you need to go inside the bank. Avoid it at all costs and use the drive thru or machine outside. Unfortunately, a lot of the customers here seem to not know that a lot of the services they re trying to do can probably be done on the mobile app, or at the atm. I m not a member, so I need to come here to deposit my rent (I live in another county from my landlord and can t use Zelle). Sometimes they have staff come out to the line and direct people to the machines if they can, but it s pretty hit or miss. I was in line for almost 50 minutes this last time.

I would find another location to go to if you absolutely need to go inside the bank for help.
