I had a great experience while getting my vehicle serviced at Capital Volkswagon. Dustin was my service advisor and he was very friendly and informative. I needed a ride to work and a gentleman (I believe his name was Paul) was available to take me to work while the shuttle was unavailable. I was able to get a ride back to Volskwagon from Cecil, the shuttle driver, and he was very friendly! When I picked my car up it had been washed and everything. I am very happy with my servicing and I'm glad Capital Volkswagon has such a friendly staff.
