We bought one of their products--the Look-It Backu...
We bought one of their products--the Look-It Backup Camera for our daughter's used car, based on some online recommendations. The product was terrible--it would not pair with my daughter's iPhone.
We think they gave us a used product.
Customer Service was terrible. My daughter could not reach anyone by phone.
I emailed Customer Service and was able to communicate with someone, who tried to help us make their product work...but to no avail.
We sent the product back...and did not receive a refund, even though it was confirmed via tracking that the product had been received 10/8/20.
On 10/13/20, I sent an email asking when my refund would be processed...and heard nothing.
10/19/20, again I sent another email. Still no refund.
Finally, I called and was able to reach someone in Customer Service, and after threatening to contact the CEO, was able to receive my refund.
So...long story short: it's a bad product--it doesn't work--and there is no customer service.
