I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was clean, the bathroom was kept spotless, the towels were replaced accordingly, toiletries complete and replenished when needed, sheets were soft (as usual) and changed, and the food at the Horizon Club was varied enough. Save for the absence of a hairdryer and the remote control of the TV not working properly, everything was great. The staff were courteous and friendly, and informative. My check-in and out procedure was flawless and quick.
